Thermographic Report - Exports

When viewing a Thermographic report, it can be exported in many formats. It is accessible at the top of the page thus being available when viewing any tab.

Export functionality is available for any organisation that has been granted access by the Commissioning organisation, either as an Editor or View-only role.

Export options

To export, the user can click on dropdown in the upper right corner, and select the choice from the dropdown:
  1. Export as PDF (summary)
    1. This file downloads directly to the users device
    2. It displays a summary of the anomalies and other important information, not individual anomalies
  2. Export as PDF (all anomalies)
    1. This file is sent via the email of the logged in user
    2. It displays a summary of the anomalies and other important information, and all individual anomalies
  3. Export as CSV
    1. This file downloads directly to the users device
    2. The contents are based on the data displayed in the List view of this report
  4. Export images as ZIP
    1. This file downloads directly to the users device
      1. IMPORTANT: Since these contain the original thermographic and RGB images, the files size of this Zip folder can be very big, possibly taking several minutes to download.
      2. With a high speed connection, the example is 2.7 GB, taking 10 minutes to download
    2. The names of the images correspond with the anomaly number in the List view

Export status

Every device has a different way of presenting downloads, but most browsers will display a download status.

If you do not see the download on your hard drive, click the status area in the browser to see if it's still in progress.

When it has downloaded, depending on the browser settings, a finished download message should appear.

When a file is being sent via email, the process will run in the background.

A modal will pop up stating that the request has been successful with the senders email address.

If you are unsure about whether the email is correct, check your profile information in the account details. Please raise a support ticket if the email is incorrect. The button can be found at the bottom of this page.
