Tasks - Task List Management
Task List Overview
Each Task List item when selected either from the Map or the List will expand the task’s information panel on the right. This panel contains all the original and running information for that item.

The image below shows which information is included as part of the Task List item.
The Map and List views are split by tab. Each tab will display a right hand drawer listing task details and allowing the user to (depending on user role*):
- Change the status
- Contributor and Editor role only
- Change state, priority and/or due date
- Editor role only
- Comment, add an image
- Any role
- Delete task
- Editor role only
- Add/manage subtask
- Editor role only
- Action subtasks
- Any role
List view actions
When on the List tab, a user can either:
- Click on a row to view the task details
- The task details will appear in the right drawer (details in next section)
- Select one or more rows and perform a specific action to that task (Editors of that task list only)
- The first column has top checkbox allows a user to:
- Select all rows on that page (up to 100)
- Select all rows in entire task list (all tasks in list)
- Each row has an individual checkbox that can be selected or deselected individually
Once the rows are selected, the Actions dropdown is enabled and displays: Edit
- Upon clicking edit, the "Bulk edit tasks" modal pops up displaying:
- Change status:
- To do, In progress, Resolved, Failed, On hold, Tracking
- Change state
- Open, Closed
- Change priority
- High, Medium, Low
- Change due date
- Date selector tool
- Selecting any of the dropdowns will change the tasks for any rows selected
List view columns
Task Details
- Task ID
- The ID is for that task list only
- Task
- The task title (typed in when creating the task)
- Subtasks
- The count of subtasks
- Priority
- None, high, medium, low, to help prioritise the tasks
- Due date
- None or date selected for user to track tasks
- Status
- Displays a list of statuses that show whether the task has started or completed
- State
- Displays the option of being open/closed
- Modified
- This is the date in which the task has been changed (e.g. status change, subtasks actioned, etc.)
Component Type
ID
Detail column will display any of the information below, if in the system
Name
Serial Number
String name
Table name
Tracker name (if relevant)
Position of the module within the table or tracker
GPS coordinates
- Type
- Thermographic, Visual observation, Construction annotation, etc.
- Detail 1 and Detail 2
- These two fields will list further information, based on the task type
- e.g. Anomaly type, Root causes, Observations categories, Ratings
- View on map
Right drawer of Map and List view
- The information displayed in the right drawer will show a more detailed view of the List column data
- Please note: Origin data is based on a task being generated from a Thermographic or EL report, Observation, or Construction Annotation.
- If a user searches for components by serial number/location only and adds them to the Task List from the Digital Twin, origin will not appear.

- It will allow Editors to change the Status, State, Priority and Due date
- Status:

- State: Open or Closed
- Priority: High, medium, low
- Due date: Date picker
- It will allow Editors to add and manage subtasks
- An "Add subtask" button will be visible at the top of the section
- The images from the task origin will appear
- e.g. Thermographic or RGB's from Thermographic report, geo-tagged images from Observations, Annotations image from Construction events
- If tasks are bulk added from the Digital Twin, no Origin data will appear
- Task history will be displayed:
- Information on who created and modified the task
- Comments history
- Image upload history with images
- Buttons that always show on the bottom of right hand drawer
- Add Comment - Add a written text comment to the Task history
- Upload Image - Add a photo to the Task history
- Images do not need to be geotagged, as they might just be providing context to the task
- Delete task: Delete the task from the Task list (Editor only)
