Sharing and Exporting Task Lists

Sharing and Exporting Task Lists

Sharing

Select the Edit button

Select the Edit button icon from the Task List that is required to be shared. How do I share Task Lists? In this video, you’ll learn how to share task lists, manage permissions, and assign roles when collaborating with different users or organisations.

Add User / Organisation

Add user / organisation that you want to share the Task List with. Task Lists can be assigned to Organisations or individual users.

Permissions & Roles

When users hover over the blue “Info” icon next to the Role, the list of roles available when sharing Task List appears (as seen on the right).

Exporting

Download CSV, Excel or PDF

Clicking on the dropdown at the top of the Task List page exports a CSV or PDF copy of the Task List.

The differences between the export formats are:
  1. CSV
    1. This will be downloaded immediately to the logged in users device
    2. This contains the raw data from the task list (i.e. no images)
  2. Excel
    1. This report will be emailed to the logged in users address
    2. This will be a much bigger file and contain all data and images
  3. PDF
    1. This report will be emailed to the logged in users address
    2. This report is a pre-formatted report for use for any reports (e.g. preventative maintenance, warranty claims, etc.)
Example Excel report

Can I create a customised report with both anomalies and site visual evidence?

Yes. Start by using the Advanced filter for anomalies in the Thermographic report and adding them to a Task List. Then use a search to add visual evidence from the Observations page, adding it to the same Task List. Then, export that Task List as a PDF.

This video explains how to generate customised printed reports from your thermal reports using the advanced filter tool, enabling you to support warranty claims, create work orders/tickets, and manage on-site activities efficiently.
