How to log in to SolarGain Mobile

To log in use the credentials that you've created to access the SolarGain platform.

Landing page

Once logged in, you will be taken to the SolarGain Mobile landing page where you will visualize the portfolio of your solar plants.



The landing page can be sorted and filtered using the Search and Sort by functionalities to find the desired PV plants.

Search function

Search function is used to find an specific plant by its name. Tap on Search to write the name of the PV plant desired to find.

Sort by

By default the Sort by functionality is set to "Latest activity", which means that it will organize the PV plants in descending order based on the last plants the users have been working with.



By tapping on the green arrows at the right, a new window pops up where the user can select the filter criteria to sort the portfolio of plants. The options are:
  1. Latest Activity
  2. Earliest Activity
  3. A to Z
  4. Z to A
  5. Pro Plants

Once an option is selected, press Apply to implement the filter and get back to the Landing page.

Solar Plants

Solar plants are organized in rectangular boxes that includes the following:
  1. PV plant Name. 
  2. Location. 
  3. Power Capacity. 
  4. Number of modules. 
  5. Offline tick box. 
  6. Subscription level. There are two possible versions, either the PRO or the standard version. PRO version is reflected by a white star in a green square located at the right corner of the Solar plant box. Unlike PRO version, the Standard ones do not show anything.


Online/Offline

At the top right of the screen, there is a cloud icon that allows the user to understand if the app is either in Online or Offline mode
Below that cloud icon there is a green icon made to change the app to Online or Offline whenever is pressed.

Additionally, each PV plant has a small tick box, called "Prepare for Offline", that can be clicked to select what plant you want to visualize in Offline mode before pressing the "Go Offline" button. For a more detailed information about how to use the Offline mode, go to Offline Mode.


General Menu

At the top left corner, there is a "hamburger" button that will display a control bar when pressing it. This area has four different functionalities:

  1. Home. Press Home to come back to the landing page.
  2. Settings. Press Settings to make changes of your choice within the app, as allowing location and camera or setting the image size.

  1. About. Press About to visit Above webpage and know more about our services and products.
      
  1. Logout. Press Logout to get out of your account. 

Next Steps

After selecting a PV plant you will have the possibility to navigate among three different functionality windows, Task List, Inspections and Serial Number, located at the button of the screen.

Change Plant

At the top center of the screen, there is a Change Plant button. This button will allow the user to switch between Solar plants without coming back to the home page.

Tap on it and then select the desired Solar plant to go for.



In case you want to return to the Landing Page, click on the Control Bar button at the top left corner ("hamburger button") and then press Home.
