Progress Report
The
progress report window displays graphs and percentages reflecting the state of
progress of every single component of the PV plant for every single flight
performed. The components show by it’s component group as below:
Mechanical
- Piles
- Tables
- Modules
Electrical
- AC cables
- DC cables
Infrastructure
- Transformers
- Inverters
- Roads
- Fences
- Buildings
- Substations
- Batteries
The
progress report of each component will be showing the percentage and the
quantity of each component based on the progress of the project. Users are able
to view the following reports:
- Overall progress
- Predicted completion
- Completed items to date
- Component progress
If the project is divided into several blocks, the user is also able to select
to filter the report by a number of blocks. The blocks are defined by the Client, it can be based on
an electrical block, a field, or a large area of the PV site etc.
Overall Progress
This
chart shows all the Overall Progress for each component and component group, so
that users can understand their general progress. The chart is based on the
latest report.
This
chart reflects the 3 stages:
- Not Started ()
- In Progress ()
- Complete ()
By
clicking the arrow icon on component group, the system will show the overall
progress of each component. To understand the progress of each group, move the
cursor to the chart and a summary table will appear in a hover window.
The stages correspond to the statuses you find in the legend on the Map tab. Grey () would not be visible on the map, hence the black (). There can be many stages to "In progress" ().
A straight line is extrapolated forward from the most recent event date to where this line hits "100% completion" to derive the "Predicted completion date". The gradient of this straight line is based on the weighted best-fit of progress at all previous event dates.
Completed Items to Date
This
chart has been created to show:
- The % of completed items up to the latest event
- The progress of completion over time
Each event date in the construction phase will appear on this chart, whether it has been inputted by the customer (Update Progress tab) or from data collected by drone.
This
allows clients to compare these values against their project milestones (Gantt
Chart) and timeline, to make sure that the project is on track. Simply by
moving the cursor to the date column, a summary of each date will be shown.
As you can see from the screenshot below, the graph presents two types of entries:
- Full circle - Data collected by a drone and analysed by Above - Above data
- Empty circle - Data added by a customer through the "Update Progress" tab - User data
For example, if the chart shows that on a given date Transformers were 30.3% complete, then that means that 30.3% of the Transformers on site have got the status “Transformers complete”, and that the rest (69.7%) are either at “Not started”, “Breaking ground”, “Foundations laid” or “Equipment mounted”.
This allows clients to compare these values against their project milestones (Gantt Chart) and timeline, to make sure that the project is on track.
Component Progress
These
charts allow you to compare work being performed on each component over time,
making sure that you see your team’s progress in between each event.
Users
can select a range of event dates, to see the amount of work done between each
event date within that selection. By moving the cursor to specific progress
then the quantity will be shown.
These charts allow you to compare the work being performed between each event. Each of these charts shows the work for a component type (tables, cables etc.). For example, if the “Piles” chart shows the following values between two events:
- Drilling complete - 1,540
- Piles installed - 726
As you can see from the screenshots below, these charts also represent 2 types of entries:
- Full bar - Data collected by a drone and analysed by Above - Above data
- "Hashed" bar - Data added by a customer through the "Update Progress" tab - User data
As you can see from the screenshot above, the chart can now also manage negative values.
