Digital Twin - History Tab

Overview  

Our digital twin empowers users to compile all data collected during installation and commissioning, as well as manufacturer testing data, visual evidence and all task lists ever created. When a component is selected, it displays all relevant information and provides insights into its operational history to all organizations.

Module Properties

Select the available list of filters and combine them with various filter criteria

Search module serial number 

Serial Number 

Filter the serial numbers based on whether they consist of all numbers or a combination of numbers and other filter criteria

Serial Number CSV 

Filter by uploading a CSV file containing serial numbers. The serial numbers need to be in the first column of the CSV file, without any headers

Serial Number Length

Filter by selecting the length of the number

Duplicate Serial Number

Filter for duplicated serial numbers

Search module based on the manufacture & logistic information

Container Number

Filter by typing container numbers based on whether they consist of all numbers or a combination of numbers and other filter criteria 

Pallet Number 

Filter by typing pallet numbers based on whether they consist of all numbers or a combination of numbers and other filter criteria

Module Brand 

Filter by selecting the module brand

Module Type

Filter by selecting module type

Module Electrical Information

Filter by selecting type of electrical information or combination of numbers and other filter criteria  

Electrical Testing: IV Curve Measurement, Electroluminescence & RISO Test  

Any module with IV measurement

 

Search module with specific IV Measurement

User able to filter any testing data such as Vmp, Imp, Pmpp, Voc, Isc, Fill Factor, Irradiance, and Ambient temperature with select one of them of combination with others

Modules begin with several serial numbers with IV Measurement

Any module with and without any EL test

Module with EL test in specific classification in specific thermal defect

Any RISO Measurement within specific value range

Specific RISO Measurement on specific location

Visual Evidence

Visual evidence can be searched in several ways. Users can filter by choose below list or adding another rule to be more precise.

Any visual evidence on specific component

Filter by its Category or sub-category

Filter by its rating on specific component

Construction Annotation

This can be done by selecting any annotation, its category, date, and the description. Uses can combine it on different rule to be more specific.

Any annotation within the category on specific date

Any annotation on selected date within specific description

Thermal Defects

Search by its defect type within specific Delta Tn

Search by its defect type within specific Delta Tn on specific locations

Search from the date of inspection on defect type that hasn’t been resolved
