Serial Number improvements

  • Improved serial number scanning to account for different mobile configurations in all regions. As this app is used by more clients, there are more edge cases to consider.

Inspections improvements

  • To ensure valuable work is not lost, we added a confirmation modal if cancelling in the module inspection item view.

Important Android update

  • Google update: Target Android 14 (API level 34)

Release 21 December 2023

  1. Construction Monitoring improvements
    1. Progress reports - We have listened to feedback and created a new structure that will help with each organisations reporting needs. The layout is much more dynamic and there is more filtering flexibility.
      1. Components originally were separated into 2 groups: PV Infrastructure and Additional Infrastructure. This did not fully represent the breadth of components so now they have been broken into Mechanical, Electrical and Infrastructure to align more with the component type.
      2. Other changes have been done so different subcontractors can view progress of their precise area of work. For example, originally, table progress covered both module and piles. Piles have been broken out from tables. Modules have been broken out from tables with module count, fulfilling a request from many clients. Now they have been broken out into more detailed areas so progress can be tracked at a more granular level.
      3. We now have the concept of blocks, which is especially helpful for larger sites, by naming specific areas which can be tracked independently. Filtering will allow you to focus on 1, several or all sections of the site. Breaking the site into blocks would be at the request of the client.
      4. New graphs show
        1. Overall Progress: This graph shows progress by component number and %, so people have a visual of overall progress

        2. Predicted completion date: This table gives an estimate of completion based on historical progress between each event.

        3. Completed items to date graph: This graph allows the user to track progress and compare against their own project milestones (e.g. their Gantt chart). There is a helpful hover tool that shows a % complete for each date on the graph.

        4. Individual component progress with flexible date ranges: Each component is broken out with a flexible date filter so work can be tracked between each event date.

  2. Thermographic reports
    1. Portfolio Exports now have Anomaly Groups added into the CSV
  3. Bugs fixed: 7
